Men jaja.......
Translate: Yesterday I had my first working day - more or less. I don't actually feel that I'm on a job these days, even though my days start at 07.00 am, and I have a schedule to follow. I just enjoy to do my duties and have fun with the kids. My host children have summer camp every day for the next two weeks, so my working schedule is a bit different than usual. The children are gone from 8.15-16.30, and I have more time off than normal. My working day consists of helping the kids in the morning, packing lunch packages and bags, giving them breakfast and getting them ready for the bus. When they've left the house I have to clean up the kitchen, straighten the children's rooms and empty the dishwasher. Yesterday I didn't have more on my morning program, because the cleaning ladies come every monday to do the house. At lunchtime I went at a cafe with my host mom, and afterwards we went to the grocery store. When we got home, we went to downtown Bethesda to open up a bank account in Bank of America, and then we just went for a walk in the streets. Very cozy. When we got back home, I had some time to myself/ When the children were put off the buss they were still full of energy, so we just played in the garden, drew a little, and built Lego before dinner. When dinner was done, we went upstairs to get ready for bed, and I just spent some time at reading with the oldest boy. He enjoys reading aloud, and it's a good way to practice my english. This morning I did the same things like yesterday, except that the laundry has to be done too. They have people to do the laundry of the parents, and then I have to do the children's. It takes no time. I've spent my time off today in a huge shopping mall with a swedish girl. She is an au pair too, and we had a really nice time. We had some lunch and some shopping time too. Everything is so cheap here, and I think I'll get a shopping problem during my year abroad. But whatever .......
